About
I have spent two and a half decades solving the hardest data and technology problems for Fortune 500 and mid-tier companies — the kind of work that now sits at the heart of every serious AI initiative.
In that time I have seen digital transformation done right. And I have seen it become expensive theater — the carefully choreographed slide decks, the vendor-led roadmaps, the initiatives that consume millions and change nothing.
The difference is almost never the technology. It is the strategic rigor — or lack of it — behind every decision.
That is the gap I built my practice around.
What I do
Defining the North Star for AI that aligns with P&L goals, not technology trends. Scalable data ecosystems, cloud architectures, and AI roadmaps built for regulated industries.
I have developed comprehensive end-to-end AI development frameworks that reduce time-to-value and minimise architectural debt. Currently formalising these into a structured methodology — publishing soon.
